Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How are Private Korea tours different from group bus tours?

Every tour is private — just your group with one expert local guide. We skip the crowded checkpoints and tailor the pace and stops to your interests.

What does a custom Seoul day tour include?

Pickup from your hotel, a private guide for 8 hours, all entrance fees, and lunch at a local restaurant. Common stops: Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Insadong, and a market of your choice.

Can you arrange Busan, Jeju, or Gyeongju day trips?

Yes. We run private tours in Seoul, Busan, Jeju Island, and Gyeongju. Multi-city itineraries spanning 3–14 days are also available.

Do you offer Korean cooking class and temple stay experiences?

Yes. We curate cultural experiences including hanbok photo sessions, Korean cooking classes in a local kitchen, and overnight Buddhist temple stays.

How much does a private Korea tour cost?

Day tours start at USD $250 for up to 4 people. Multi-day packages depend on cities, accommodation, and experiences. We send a quote within 24 hours of inquiry.

Are your guides certified and English-speaking?

All our guides are KTO (Korea Tourism Organization) licensed and fluent in English. Other languages (Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish) available on request.

When is the best time to visit Korea?

Spring (Apr–May, cherry blossoms) and Autumn (Oct–Nov, foliage) are most popular. Summer is hot and rainy; winter is cold but ideal for skiing in Pyeongchang.

Seoul Full Day

Best day of our entire trip. Our guide took us to a lunch spot that had no English menu and zero tourists — just locals. We never would have found it alone. The palace at opening hour before the crowds arrive was something else.

K-Culture Day

We did the hanbok tour and it was genuinely magical. Not gimmicky at all — we learned about the history while wearing them at the palace. Our guide explained things we couldn't have Googled. Already recommending to everyone back home.

Seoul Vibes

I've done a lot of city tours across Asia and this was different. No big sights, no selfie spots — just real neighborhoods and real conversations. Ikseon-dong felt like something out of a film. Small group made it feel personal.

Food & Night

The evening tour was perfect for us since we had mornings free for other things. Gwangjang night market, then pojangmacha, then Han River — the pacing was exactly right. We ate things we couldn't name but couldn't stop eating.

Seoul Deep Dive

Three days was the right amount of time to actually understand Seoul. Each day felt completely different. The final day in local neighborhoods — Mangwon market, coffee shops, the real thing — was worth the whole trip by itself.

Seoul Full Day

Came solo and was slightly nervous, but the small group format made it easy to connect with other travelers too. Our guide's English was perfect and her local knowledge was insane — she grew up in the neighborhood we were walking through.
